Send a message
Use the form below to flag a correction, suggest an airport or airline we should cover, propose an editorial submission, raise an accessibility issue or send a press enquiry. The form writes straight to an editor inbox on the server. There is no public mailing address to copy, which keeps our queue free of spam.
Corrections
When you report a correction, please include the page URL, what you believe the correct value is, and a public source we can check (an airport operator press release, an official airline page, a government aviation authority, that kind of thing). It helps us verify and update fast.
Editorial submissions
We consider expanded city- and airport-specific tips, especially for less-covered destinations. Editorial submissions should be original work and free of affiliate links. Paste a short pitch into the form first; we will reply with a brief if it fits the editorial calendar.
Press
Press and media enquiries about open aviation data, traveller-information design and the practical challenges of building reference content for hundreds of airports from public sources are welcome. Start the message with PRESS so it is routed correctly.
Response times
Most enquiries get a reply within three to five working days. Data corrections sourced from an official airport operator or government aviation authority are usually published within a week. Editorial submissions take longer because we read each one carefully and may ask for revisions before publishing.
What we cannot help with
AeroGuide Hub is not affiliated with any airline, airport operator, lounge programme or government agency. We cannot rebook flights, refund tickets, locate lost luggage, change seat assignments, issue boarding passes or step into immigration or customs matters. For any of those, contact your airline or the relevant authority directly using the phone numbers printed on your ticket or in their official app.
Accessibility feedback
If a page is hard to read with a screen reader, on a small phone screen or on a slow connection, please tell us through the form. We treat accessibility issues as bugs and prioritise them above cosmetic changes.
